Hi Vivian, good to hear from you! I had a look about the other day to see what you were up and came across Auralandvisual then, you've been busy! I'm really interested in that course, Mark Fisher taught at the university where i did my BA but i never met him, that seems like a missed opportunity now as the examination and use of this kind of material is becoming a central concern. The three things you mentioned, I know nothing about! Thank you, all three are really useful, I think I'm going to submit something to Rattle if I can pick up a copy this weekend and confirm that my stuff might be appropriate. I've been doing some stuff for Wayne Kasper's decade blogs and it's really helped focus my thinking on the monstrous quasi-objects of fiction so the stuff you're talking about is really appreciated!
ah great, yeah I think rattle is definitely your thing, guess that's why I mentioned it. Ergodic text is fantastic when pulled off... i'm a massive MZD fan... Yeah, I'll try and keep up the vomitorium blog but I think my interests will slip to things more appropriate for the AVCblog.... i'll still update feynmans echo a bit because it's a quick way to log cool music.
Kristen Alvanson put me on to Siratori, quality tip - I love the guy - figures seeing as I went through a phase of using the python program to make texts....

Hi Ralph
I'm running a new blog http://auralandvisual.blogspot.com/
just thought you may be interested, it's a much more focused one, mostly contemporary art and sound and the spaces in between....
Have you read rattle journal? Do you like ergodic text? Have you seen the new kenji siratori book necroogy?
